The cranberry jam recipe. This jam can be used as a condiment and sour to serve with red meats and game.

-1 kg of cranberries
800g sugar
-20cl of Apple Juice pure and natural

-Bowl jam
-small ladle


(1) wash the cranberries and drain them carefully, then put them in a bowl to jams. Add sugar, 40 cl of water and Apple juice, wear all a boil and Cook all over high heat for 15 minutes, making sure to stir frequently and gently to a with a skimmer that cranberries do not attach to the bottom of the basin.
