A recipe for banana last jam. This jam can pleasantly scent white cheese or yogurt.
-1.4 kg of bananas, (either 1 kg net of pulp)
-1 lemon squeezed
(1) Peel the bananas, mix them carefully with lemon juice, and immediately put the puree in a Bowl a jams. Add the sugar, bring to the boil and continue cooking over high heat for 8 to 9 minutes, stirring frequently and carefully with a skimmer so bananas do not attach to the bottom of the bowl.
(2) check the cooking: a bit of jam on a cold plate must be fixed quickly. Then remove the Pan from heat and carefully skim the banana jam, then mix it again one last time.
3) put in pots using the funnel and a ladle, cover and sterilize.
